Organic damask rose hydrolat: exquisite, subtle formula with the genuine rose scent that soothes, decongests, relaxes, refreshes, restores skin moisture and balances the skin’s pH.
Organic cold-pressed virgin sesame oil: a good antioxidant thanks to its high vitamin E content; nourishing and repairing for sensitive, weakened or dry skins.
Organic sunflower oil: high vitamin E content, one of the highest among vegetable oils, even higher than olive, therefore it plays an important antioxidant role for the skin, that is, it prevents cellular ageing. A fast-absorbing oil appropriate for all skin types. Produced in Spain, virgin quality and cold-pressed.
Organic extra virgin olive oil: excellent skin emollient and humectant, rich in vitamin E, polyphenols, fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, linolenic) and squalene. Produced in Spain, extra-virgin quality and cold-pressed.
Organic dog rose: astringent and reparative for damaged skin. Cellular regenerator.
Organic jojoba oil: liquid wax obtained by pressing jojoba seeds. Fast-absorbing; stimulates cell regeneration thanks to linolenic acid.
Organic geranium essential oil: an excellent and highly valued cellular regenerator, with a penetrating aroma reminiscent of rose.
Organic bergamot essential oil, bergapten-free: antibacterial, calming and sedative for the central nervous system.

INFORMATION OF INTEREST ABOUT FOOD ALLERGENS
MATARRANIA uses ingredients of the highest quality, pure, unrefined and organically certified, even so, natural products can also cause allergies in people who are sensitive to some components. Thus, if you have food intolerances to tree nuts such as almonds or sesame seeds, do not use this product on the skin.
Can it be combined with the nourishing moisturiser for dry skin?
Yes. You can use the fluid moisturiser for dry skin during the day and the nourishing moisturiser for dry skin at night, or use the moisturiser for combination skin both day and night.
Does it contain essential oils?
Yes, it contains geranium, bergamot and patchouli essential oil. In total 3% essential oil.
Is this cosmetic suitable for vegans?
Yes, it is a vegan product; it has not been tested on animals and contains no ingredients from animals nor products generated by them.
As it does not contain preservatives, how should I look after this product so that it does not spoil?
The only precautions to take with our products are: avoid high temperatures (you do not need to keep the product in the fridge, but avoid, for example, leaving creams inside the car in summer), oxidation (close the jar after use) and humidity (contact with water).
Can some components of the products cause allergies?
Yes, there are two groups of components that can cause allergic reactions: vegetable oils extracted from tree nuts and essential oils. Since the vegetable oils we use as ingredients are pure, virgin and unrefined, they contain the allergens of nuts. A person allergic to almonds cannot use MATARRANIA products that contain sweet almond oil, and the same applies to hazelnuts (hazelnut oil), sunflower seeds (sunflower oil) and sesame seeds (sesame oil).
Essential oils are natural aromatic substances that plants secrete and are composed of many components. Some of these components are allergens, that is, they can cause allergies, such as geraniol or citral. Cosmetics safety regulations require that the allergenic components of essential oils appear in the list of ingredients when their concentration is greater than 0.001% in leave-on products, and greater than 0.01% in rinse-off products. People who are allergic to these components of essential oils cannot use cosmetics that contain them.
