¿WHAT ARE PLANT EXTRACTS? 

An extract (or oleate or oleomacerate) is an oil that has extracted the active ingredients from plants through a cold maceration method. For a period of time, the plants are macerated in extra-virgin olive oil, obtaining plant extracts with great properties for the skin.

PURE AND ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Organic extra-virgin Olive oil. 

It is an olive oil obtained by cold pressing extraction. It is a mechanical method of extraction carried out at low temperature, the one that best guarantees the conservation of all its properties. In addition, extra virgin olive oil from organic farming guarantees that no synthetic chemicals are used.

Organic wild Plants. 

All plants used for extracts are organic certified by the Aragonese Committee for Organic Agriculture and are harvested from fields and forests in our town of Peñarroya de Tastavins, where the MATARRANIA laboratory is located.

CRAFT-MADE WITH TRADITIONAL METHODS

We macerate the fresh plants in extra-virgin olive oil, for several weeks, in the sun and calm. This process is part of the success and effectiveness of our skincare.
