How to buy on our website
Buying in our shop is very simple: just choose an item, add it to the basket and complete the order using your preferred payment method. All prices include VAT.
Payment methods
In Europe, payment of the price of the goods purchased and the delivery costs can be made using the following secure payment methods: PayPal, credit or debit card, and Bizum.
Discount coupons. How can I redeem my discount coupon? Go to our website and complete your purchase as usual. At the final payment step you will see a box that says “Promotional code”. Enter coupon XXXXX there and the discount will be applied directly to the total purchase amount.
Shipping, Delivery Times and Rates (Europe).
France: 12,1€ + 21%VAT. Delivery time: 2-3 days
Germany, Italy, The Nederlands: 13,9€ + 21%VAT. Delivery time:3-4 days
Austria: 26,9€ + 21%VAT. Delivery time:4-5 days
Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland: 46,5€ + 21%VAT. Delivery time:5-6 days
Returns and right of withdrawal
MATARRANIA offers a guarantee on the items and will replace any items that are defective. The customer will receive a refund of the product price and will not have to assume delivery costs.
Right of withdrawal: you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at MATARRANIA BIO SL, Masía de Prades s/n, 44586 Peñarroya de Tastavins, or by email at administracion@matarrania.com, or by telephone +34 978 079 029. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods directly to MATARRANIA BIO SL, Masía de Prades s/n, 44586 Peñarroya de Tastavins, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
