Apply a small amount to clean skin, spread and massage gently until it covers the entire underarm. It is as important to apply a deodorant as it is to keep the underarm very clean, thus removing accumulated bacteria that can cause bad odour.
A good underarm cleansing routine is complemented with MATARRANIA’s Neutral Soap and a mitt.
Step 1, cleanse: moisten a mitt with water, rub it with the neutral soap bar and wash the entire underarm well, rinsing with water and then drying very well.
Step 2, hydrate and protect: apply a small amount of cream deodorant to the underarm and massage gently until it melts into the skin.

PROPERTIES OF THE INGREDIENTS
Organic corn starch (Zea mays starch): rich in vitamins and minerals, with antiseptic and astringent properties. Neutralises bad odour.
Organic shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii butter): pure, virgin and unrefined, suitable for all skins, with anti-inflammatory, nourishing, healing and emollient properties.
Organic cold-pressed virgin coconut oil (Cocos nucifera oil): emollient, protective and dermal regenerator with antibacterial action.
Kaolin: white clay or kaolinite, with great absorbent power due to its high mineral salt content, reduces sweat and combats bad odour thanks to its antiseptic properties.
Organic extra virgin olive oil (Olea europaea fruit oil): excellent skin emollient and humectant, rich in vitamin E, polyphenols, fatty acids (oleic, linoleic and linolenic) and squalene. Produced in Spain, virgin quality and cold-pressed.
Organic lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum peel oil): antibacterial, antiseptic, stimulates micro-circulation. Purifying and sebum-regulating.
Organic thyme essential oil (Thymus vulgaris extract / oil): antiseptic, astringent, antibacterial and antifungal.
INFORMATION OF INTEREST ABOUT FOOD ALLERGENS
MATARRANIA uses ingredients of the highest quality, pure, unrefined and organically certified, even so, natural products can also cause allergies in people who are sensitive to some components.
If you have a latex allergy, products made with shea butter are not recommended.
Does it contain aluminium or antiperspirants? No. It does not contain aluminium salts and it allows your skin to perspire naturally.
Does it stain clothing? No, it does not stain clothing.
I am pregnant, can I use it safely? Yes, all the ingredients are harmless for you and your baby. The small amount of essential oil it contains poses no risk.
My skin becomes red with natural deodorants that contain bicarbonate. Can I use this deodorant? Yes. It is formulated without bicarbonate and therefore it will not irritate your skin.
I have a strong body odour, will this deodorant be suitable for me? Probably not. As it does not contain bicarbonate, its efficacy decreases. It is an effective daily deodorant for people with a normal body odour.
As it does not contain preservatives, how should I look after this deodorant so that it does not spoil? The only precautions to take with our products are: avoid high temperatures (you do not need to keep the product in the fridge, but you should avoid, for example, creams being inside the car in summer), oxidation (close the jar after use) and humidity (contact with water).
Is this cosmetic suitable for vegans? Yes, it is a vegan product, it has not been tested on animals and contains no ingredients from animals nor products generated by them.
What is the period after opening? All MATARRANIA products have a period after opening of 8 months (indicated on the product boxes with the symbol of an open jar and the English acronym PAO: Period After Opening).
Can some components of the products cause allergies? Yes, there are two components that can cause allergic reactions: essential oils and latex. Essential oils are natural aromatic substances that plants secrete and are composed of many components. Some of these components are allergens, that is, they can cause allergies, such as geraniol or citral. Cosmetics safety regulations require that the allergenic components of essential oils appear in the list of ingredients when their concentration is greater than 0.001% in leave-on products, and greater than 0.01% in rinse-off products. People who are allergic to these components of essential oils cannot use cosmetics that contain them.

It is very gentle, easy to apply, it smells of the countryside and it is effective. It could not be more natural: 100% natural ingredients and 85% organic, since kaolin, being a mineral, cannot be organic, that is why we do not reach 100%.
This deodorant allows the skin’s natural perspiration, hydrates it and absorbs excess moisture. Thyme essential oil also has a bactericidal action.
